SHINING STARS FAMILY DAYCARE

Children will be transported to and from school drop-off and pick-ups and field trips.  Children will be seated in required care seats/booster seats provided by the Daycare. A Transportation Authorization Consent must be completed and signed as part of your Registration Forms.
