Fees and Payments

Shining Stars Family Daycare fees are as follows:

$50 a day per child (for care during normal business hours & days)

$10 a day per child

$20 a day per child

$10 an hour per child (minimum 1 hour for care during normal business hours & days)

$2.50 a day per school

$1.00 per minute per child (for late pick-ups after Daycare is closed)

$15 an hour per child; minimum 1 hour (if previous overtime has been arranged, this fee will be applied)

$100 a day per child (for care on Daycare closure days)

$25 non-refundable registration fee per family

A deposit equal to approximately one month of child care will be required when enrolling. The deposit will be credited to your account at the end of your contract. The amount will be determined by the Owner at the time of enrollment.

$50 will be charged per NSF cheque.

Payments

You will receive an invoice, at the end of every month, for the days your child attended Daycare. Payment must be received on or before the first day returning to Daycare the following month.

Children may not attend Daycare unless FULL payment and ALL late fees have been paid up to date. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Any outstanding payments not received one week after due, will be regarded as breach of contract thus resulting in the child’s termination at the Daycare and a forfeit of the deposit.

You will only be charged for the days which your child attends Daycare. If your child attends prechool, arrives late, or leaves early, you will still be charged the daily rate.
