Trial Period

The first two weeks will be regarded as a trial period, in which case either party may terminate the contract without notice. In such a case, any outstanding payment must be paid within one week of termination.

Written Notice

Parents must given one month's written notice for withdrawal of your child before the 1st of the following month.  After receiving notice, your deposit will be applied to your last invoice.  Receipts will be issued once a year for tax purposes in January/February. If one full month’s written notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited.  I will also give four weeks’ written notice if the child is to be terminated from care.  Any abuse or violation of the rules/policies may be just cause for termination.  Immediate termination can occur for behavior problems, or dangerous parent situations.  In cases of non-payment, legal action may be taken, and the parents will pay all legal fees incurred.  If I, for the above or any other reasons to be at my discretion, give immediate termination, your deposit will be refunded (less any amount of owed Daycare fees).
